Doctor explained well and clarified all my doubts, before consultation I was worried that pain could be related with spinal instability now it's clarified.Also, got awareness on few execises to overcome this pain. I consulted doctor in hospital, It was unfortunate that I had a bad experience with Physiotheraphy department the theraphist misguided me to take ultra sound theraphy which wasn't suggested by doctor but theraphist influenced me. After theraphy I'm having inflammation for the past two days since I undergo that theraphy. Since, it's a very sensitive area the therapist could have avoided giving suggestions apart from doctors advise.
